How do I pre-book my Covid-19 vaccination?

I am not an Austrian citizen, but I have an address in Carinthia. Can I still pre-book my Covid-19 vaccination?
All residents of Carinthia may use the pre-booking platform.
Are there any groups who should not pre-book a vaccination at this point?
None of the Covid-19 vaccines are currently approved for children younger than 12.
12- to 15-year-olds may use the pre-booking platform. However, we recommend that their parents / guardians contact their family physician or paediatrician to make an appointment.
How to pre-book your vaccination appointment
How can I pre-book my Covid-19 vaccination appointment?
To pre-book your appointment, use the platform at kaernten-impft.ktn.gv.at.
I can’t register online as I do not have the required technology at my disposal. Who should I contact?
If you do not have a PC or any other access to the Internet, try asking a relative or friend with Internet access to help you. A phone call should be enough – people don’t have to come and see you in person.
I can’t receive text messages or e-mails. What should I do?
Ideally, you should use an e-mail address or mobile phone number of a family member. If you have a landline number, make sure to include it in your personal details.
Why can’t I open the platform on my computer?
It is possible that you are using an old browser to access the Internet. You will have to install an up-to-date browser, either yourself or through a professional.
I don’t know how to enter my data on the pre-booking platform. Is there any help I can get?
On the kärnten.tv homepage of the Province of Carinthia, there is a link to a video tutorial (https://kaernten.tv/shows/616) that shows you exactly how to complete the pre-booking process.
What information do I have to provide to pre-book my vaccination appointment?
I don’t have an Austrian social security number. Can I still pre-book my appointment?
Yes, you may pre-book your appointment even without an Austrian social security number. In this case, please check the box next to “Ich habe keine österreichische Sozialversicherungsnummer” (I don’t have an Austrian social security number).
After pre-booking your vaccination appointment
I made a mistake when entering my data and/or checked the wrong category. What should I do?
Please register again and provide the correct data (same name and date of birth). Your faulty entry will be deleted from the system, as only the latest version of your pre-booking will be used.
My mobile phone number/e-mail address has changed since pre-booking my appointment. Should I complete the pre-booking process again?
If you have NOT yet received your first dose, please pre-book again. If you have received your first dose, please send your first name, surname, social security number, old and new mobile phone number and/or old and new e-mail address by e-mail to email@example.com, or call the Carinthian coronavirus advice hotline on 050 536 53003.
I did not receive a text message and/or e-mail after pre-booking my vaccination appointment. What should I do?
Please complete the pre-booking process again. Enter your data again and click on “Vormerkung abschließen” (Complete pre-booking process) at the end of the page.
